Brød med squash og gulerødder

De her brød er altid populære, når jeg bager dem. De er super simple, men smager bare rigtigt godt, og så er de sunde. Win-win!

Jeg bager altid en stor portion, der bliver til ca. 18-20 brød/flutes. Man kan sagtens fryse dem ned.

Opskrift:

50 g gær
8 dl vand
4 spsk. olie
2 tsk. salt
ca. 500 g grahamsmel
ca. 500 g hvedemel
1-2 revne squash
2 revne gulerødder

Fremgangsmåde:

Rør salt og gær sammen, salten får gæren til at smelte. Lun vandet til det er lunkent. Rør alle ingredienser sammen.
Ælt dejen godt sammen, har du en røremaskine, så lad den gerne røre i 20 min. Lad dejen hæve i en time.
Form brødene, pensl dem med mælk og bag dem i ca. 15-20 min på 180 grader.

These flutes are always very popular when I bake them. They are so simple but also very delicious.

Recipe:

50 g yeast
8 dl water
4 tablespoon of oil
2 teaspoon of salt
About 500 g of graham flour
About 500 g of flour
1-2 grated zucchinis2 grated carrots

Procedure:

Stir salt and yeast together. The salt makes the yeast melt. Warm the water. Stir all the ingredients together.
Knead the dough, the more the better. Let the dough rise for an hour.
Form the bread and brush them with milk. Bake them for about 18-20 minutes on 180 degrees.
